Our products are sold online and may be shipped from fulfillment centers or warehouses located in the United States.

The VLIM brand and website may be operated by a business entity located outside the United States. Orders shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers do not change the identity of the seller or the terms applicable to your purchase.

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have authorized any minor dependents under your responsibility to use the website.

SECTION 4 – RV AIR CONDITIONER USE AND INSTALLATION

VLIM RV air conditioners are designed for use in recreational vehicles and other applications specified for the particular product.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular VLIM product is suitable for their vehicle, electrical system, roof configuration, mounting location, cooling requirements, and intended use.

Before purchasing or installing a product, customers should review the applicable product specifications, installation instructions, electrical requirements, dimensions, and compatibility information.

Installation should be performed in accordance with the applicable installation instructions and safety requirements. Where appropriate, professional installation by a qualified technician is recommended.

VLIM is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible electrical systems, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow the applicable installation or operating instructions, except to the extent such responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that VLIM has accepted your order.

VLIM reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
  • Incorrect shipping information;

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

VLIM products may be fulfilled and shipped from warehouses or fulfillment centers located in the United States.

Shipping and delivery are subject to our current Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, customs or regulatory issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to VLIM or the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

VLIM accepts eligible product returns within 30 days after the date the customer receives the product, subject to the requirements and exclusions of our Return and Refund Policy.

To request a return, customers should contact VLIM within the applicable 30-day period and provide the order number and other information reasonably required to process the request.

Returned products may be required to meet applicable eligibility conditions, including condition, packaging, accessories, and other requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law, products that have been damaged, improperly installed, modified, misused, or materially altered may not qualify for a return.

Return shipping costs and other return-related costs will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 9 – 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

VLIM provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible VLIM products, subject to the applicable warranty terms, exclusions, and limitations.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, the warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

The limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period under normal and intended use.

The warranty does not generally cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation;
  • Incorrect wiring or electrical connection;
  • Use with an incompatible electrical system;
  • Failure to follow installation or operating instructions;
  • Unauthorized modification or repair;
  • Physical damage or accidents;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation;
  • Commercial, industrial, or other unauthorized use where applicable;
  • Damage caused by external events or circumstances outside the product's normal operation;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality; or
  • Damage caused by acts or conditions outside VLIM's reasonable control.

Warranty coverage may require the customer to provide proof of purchase, order information, photographs, videos, serial numbers, installation information, or other reasonable documentation needed to evaluate the warranty claim.

If a valid warranty claim is approved, VLIM may, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable warranty, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent products or parts, where permitted by applicable law.

Warranty coverage does not automatically include labor, professional installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic fees, travel expenses, or other third-party service costs unless expressly stated in the applicable warranty.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

SECTION 10 – WARRANTY CLAIMS

To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact VLIM Customer Support using the contact information provided on our website.

VLIM may request reasonable information necessary to determine whether a product is covered by the warranty.

Customers should not return a product for warranty service unless VLIM has provided return instructions or authorization where required.

If VLIM determines that a product should be returned, VLIM will provide applicable return instructions.

Warranty claims are evaluated individually based on the product, purchase information, reported issue, applicable warranty terms, and available evidence.

SECTION 11 – NO UNAUTHORIZED WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS
